Learning to attract and influence as well as communicate with people begins with your own mindset.


This course will teach you to create a list of people you want to influence and to determine what they value.

You will be able to clearly understand what your prospect values and how to create “an ask” with the greatest probability of the outcome you desire.

There is a simple strategy in learning to communicate effectively that creates results. It works for all types of communication.

In this course you will learn the simple steps that you can take every day to make sure you are on the path of wealth and prosperity for all areas of your life.

Course Dates

Course begins 2/7/23 and runs for 6 weeks.

Course will be held via Zoom on Tuesdays from 6:00pm-7:30pm CST.

Lael Caldwell


Lael Caldwell is a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. She trains CEOs and their staff using successful strategies from her business coaching. In 1998 she started a company with her husband called Ben & Lael, Inc. where she implements her training within her own business.

Lael started her career with the Bissell Companies in North Carolina.  After 10 years she was promoted to the Vice President of Marketing. Lael developed proposals and negotiated contracts with Fortune 500 companies to move their headquarters to a Bissell Property. She was featured in Business Properties Magazine for her outstanding work.

Lael told herself after she made a certain number in her bank account she would resign from her position and serve as a missionary. Well, she did it; she made the exact number she dreamt. So Lael packed her bags and moved to Nashville, TN to begin training at a church. Here is where she and Ben met. They married and started Ben & Lael, Inc. so Ben could achieve his dreams of being a successful professional artist.

While helping Ben, Lael also worked in sales in a national trade and barter company, Tradebank. She quickly became the highest  performing sales person nationally and was awarded the Top Gun Award. Shortly after, she was promoted to Regional Director and was responsible for more than 700 clients. 

Ben asked Lael to realign full time with the Ben & Lael business in 2015. Since rejoining Ben, they have been featured in Garden & Gun (twice), Oprah’s O Magazine, Southern Home, Victoria Magazine, Cottage Journal, Nashville Arts Magazine and Women of Wealth Magazine. As well as won the commission for the Starbucks Reserve in Birmingham, MI, created several of the Ellis Island Family Heritage Award (one featured in Vogue), and received the commission to create The Tennessee Leadership Award for Dolly Parton in 2018. 

Lael believes that the product is the human being. People connect to the human first and your product second. Once you define who you are, align with the right people to inspire your dream, and you put forth the consistent effort to achieve, anything is possible.
