Mr. Perran Wetzel IV is President of PG WETZEL & ASSOCIATES, INC. in Evergreen Park, IL. an international accounting firm with clients across the US, plus Germany and Guatemala.

Perran is an accomplished, top-performing accounting professional registered with the IRS and business owner with diversified experience in accounting, business management, tax, audit, review, compilation, and business valuation. Mr. Wetzel prepares individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns with an emphasis on entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized companies. As a real estate investor, Mr. Wetzel has experience in multiple short- and long-term real estate investment strategies and is currently developing a portfolio of real estate holdings.

Perran has a B.A. from Luther College in Decorah, IA, and has been registered with the IRS as a tax preparer for over ten years. His lengthy experience includes audit work including issuers of Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Maes), major corporations, banks, and state governments. His current clientele includes individuals, small and medium-sized businesses, and celebrities in the sports and entertainment industry. The current practice maintains over 500 clients across the US and globally.

Perran is a President Advisory Council Emeritus member for Renatus, LLC, an education company for real estate investors. In 2016, he became a published author including a book titled Conversations with Top Real Estate Investors, Vol.2. available on Amazon.
